With over 25 years of experience in the hair and beauty industry, Marino Lambrix has built a reputation defined by precision, creativity, and quiet authority.

His journey has taken him through some of Europe’s most influential fashion cities. For more than a decade, he worked as Art Director and Manager at Toni & Guy across Brussels, Antwerp, Amsterdam, and London, refining his technical expertise, creative vision, and instinct for shape into a signature style of his own.

His work extends far beyond the salon floor. From backstage at London Fashion Week and Paris Fashion Week to international film, photography, and high-end productions, Marino has created looks for renowned names such as Sacha Baron Cohen, Jean-Claude Van Damme, Ron Perlman, and Veerle Baetens, crafting hair designed to perform under camera, light, and movement.

Today, Marino leads his own salon in Belgium with a strong, carefully curated team. Alongside his salon work, he is deeply committed to education, creative direction, and the development of his own collections, where fashion, subculture, and individuality collide.
